This gives you freedom from outside influence. It allows you to notice what is working for you and change it. You keep adjusting your approach until you achieve success. This does not mean others will not be included in your plans and help you along the way but it means that there are no excuses don’t blame your boss, your employees, the post office or anyone else. Take responsibility and take control.

The next step is to spend some time living in your future reality and get specific about what you want to see there. In this step you should spend 15 minutes a day just sitting and imaging you are living your future. Meditate on what it feels like to be “lean and healthy” or “financially abundant” write down what you see and what you hear and what it feels like to live your dreams and start getting specific about what you want to see there. The more specific about what you want the more powerful the desire, the more powerful the desire the more likely you are to attract or achieve that thing in your life.
If your goal is to own a house build it in your mind. What does it look like? What does it smell like? What does it feel like to live inside it? Build a detailed picture in your mind and live in that fantasy for a few minutes each day. Continue to add more and more details about what you want. Do not get caught up thinking about how your going to afford or accomplish it just build it in your mind first and doors will open and paths will be revealed.

The next step in building NLP well formed outcomes is to identify resources or skills you need to acquire in order to achieve your goals. If your dream is to move to Costa Rica and live on the beach then learning Spanish would be a skill you need to acquire. The resources you require might consist of time, people or funding. One you have identified the things you need you will be much more likely to recognize them when they cross your path. Have you ever had the experience of seeing a different type of car for the first time and over the next few days you see them everywhere. Was there a sudden surge in sales in that type of car or was it there all along? Chances are you had past them many times before but it never registered. When you consciously recognized the car for the first time the subconscious got the message you are looking for that car and all of the sudden they are everywhere.
Identifying what you are going to need helps you to take advantage of opportunity when it presents itself. The final step in creating NLP well formed outcomes is to burn your future dreams and desires into your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind can not tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined or remembered. Spend time every day living, feeling, seeing, smelling and hearing your future life just as you desire it to be. Review your goals daily and the desire to achieve them will grow.
